Do you need to return your purchase? We're here to assist you!
At Novix, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please review all return requirements below to ensure your refund is accepted smoothly.


Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The watch must be unused and unworn
  • No scratches, dents, cracks, damage, or imperfections
  • All protective films, tags, and seals must be intact
  • Returned with all original packaging and included accessories
  • Watch must be in the same condition you received it

Any watch that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components will be rejected and the return voided.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not cover customs fees, import duties, or taxes on returns.
  • You must keep proof of shipment and tracking information until your return is completed.
    We cannot process or cover returns without tracking or shipment proof.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Watches that are worn, scratched, damaged, or altered
  • Watches missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Final Sale or Clearance items (if applicable)
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging
  • Any item returned damaged without prior disclosure to customer support

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

To receive a free replacement under our 2-Year Warranty, send us:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos/videos of the defect or damage
  3. Your contact information

We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Warranty After 14 Days

After the 14-day return window, your order is not eligible for a refund, but it is fully covered by our 2-Year Warranty for manufacturing defects.

We will assist you with a replacement at no cost (shipping may vary by location).


Bundles / Multi-Item Packages

For bundle purchases:

  • All items must be returned as a complete set
  • Must include all packaging and accessories
  • Missing or damaged items may result in rejection of the return
